Privacy policy

This notice explains what personal data Neuralis processes when you visit neuralisai.net or contact us, why it does so and what your rights are, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Last updated: 4 November 2026. This is a translation of the Italian text. If the two versions differ, the Italian one prevails.

Data controller

What data we process

Data you send us. Your name, email address, company (if you mention it), phone number and the content of your message when you write to us. The contact form does not store anything on the website: it sends your request to our email through the Web3Forms service. If you choose WhatsApp, the form prepares a message that you send from the app, and the same applies to the WhatsApp button.

Browsing data. As with any website, the hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time. The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. It does not use profiling tools.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

We process the data you send us to reply to your requests and prepare quotes and proposals (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract).

We process browsing data to run and protect the website and to understand in aggregate how it is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest). We also keep data required by law, such as tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and any working relationship, and then for the period required by law. Technical browsing data is kept for the time set by the hosting provider.

Who may receive the data

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by the providers of the services we use:

Vercel, to publish the pages and count visits in aggregate.
Web3Forms, to deliver requests sent with the form.
Google, for email (Gmail), where we receive requests and your emails.
WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. Details are in their own privacy notices.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to its processing and receive it in a portable format. Write to infoneuralisai@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Security and changes

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data. This notice may be updated: the date at the top shows the version in force.
